I am a wife and mother of two beautiful babies. My passions are all things, pregnancy, birth, babies, postpartum, Mamas, Dads, families, parenthood, breastfeeding. I also love supporting and empowering women through all walks of their own journey. I believe that women are way more powerul than they’re given credit for. I support and appreciate all different family dynamics,  different birth choices, parenting styles and ways of feeding our babies. I believe that if you follow your instincts, you cannot go wrong. I think pregnancy, birth, and parenthood are all messy & hard, but also incredibly beautiful and powerfully life changing at the same time. I think that being honest about the struggles we all face as women, parents, spouses, partners, and friends needs to be given a bigger platform and discussed more honestly and openingly. Because, I have experienced the highest highs and the lowest lows thus far throughout my Motherhood journey, I understand the importance of sharing our stories and connecting with one another. I am in the first steps of working on a birth & postpartum Doula. I hope through sharing my truth and my heart that I am able to reach anyone needing it. I am excited to connect with families and to have you follow along as I embark on the journey of building my dreams.
